MQ-D6 LPG Sensor is a semiconductor liquefied gas sensor which is mainly used for leak detection, monitoring, alarm device and intelligent gas leak alarm system on liquefied gas, butane, and propane. It uses advanced flat production process, from the heater and micro- Al2O3 forming a metal oxide semiconductor material constituting the ceramic substrate , with the electrode wire leads, encapsulated in a metal tube housing, cap . When detecting the presence of gas, the gas concentration in air is higher, the higher the conductivity sensor, using a simple circuit that can change the conductivity of the gas is converted to an output signal corresponding to the concentration.
